Porinju Veliyath buys a stake in this multibagger stock. The share increases by 10% today

Indian investor as bought a stake in this stock through a bundled deal on August 24, 2022. In this deal, the renowned investor invested in this small cap stock which more than doubled the money of shareholders rebounding after the sale of Covid-19- at a standstill. After the Covid-19 sell-off, this stock shot up by around 25 to 87 levels each, delivering a return of around 250% to its shareholders in just over two years. According to details of the wholesale deal available on the official BSE website, Porinju Veliyath has purchased a stake in the small cap company. Indian investor Ace invested in this multibagger stock on behalf of his wife Litty Thomas. According to details of the wholesale deal, Porinju Veliyath purchased 280,000 lakh company shares by paying 78.39 each. Therefore, Porinju Veliyath invested 2,19,49,200 in this small cap multibagger stock to add this stock to his portfolio.

According to Rubfila International Ltd shareholding pattern for the quarter April to June 2022, Porinju Veliyath or his wife Litty Thomas have no stake in the company. This means that Porinju Veliyath has added this small cap multibagger stock to his stock portfolio by investing heavily 2,19,49,200 in this company.

After ushering in the new year 2022, this stock multibagger has reached its highest level of life of 129 levels each on ESB. But, after hitting its new high, this multibagger stock has remained under selling pressure ever since. However, the purchase of Porinju Veliyath’s stake in the scrip attracted interest from market bulls, which was reflected in the current rise in shares of Rubfila International by around 79 to 87 levels each, saving over 10% in a single session. During the Covid-19 sell-off, this small-cap stock hit its closing low of 24:30 each in April 2022, then give marked bullish movement in the post-Covid rally. The stock then rose to 129 in January 2022, an increase of about 5 times in almost two years.
